The challenge
A retail plaza owner needed to upgrade security across 12 independent storefronts. Each tenant had different needs and hours of operation. The existing analog system was failing, and tenants were complaining about break-ins and vandalism during off-hours.
Our solution
We installed 48 IP cameras across the entire plaza with a unified management platform. Each tenant received access to cameras covering their storefront, while the plaza owner maintains a master view of all common areas, parking lots, and building perimeter. Smart detection distinguishes between vehicles, people, and animals to minimize false alerts.
