The challenge
A franchise owner with 5 restaurant locations across the GTA needed a unified way to monitor all sites. Each location had its own disconnected camera system of varying quality and age. The owner wanted a single dashboard to view all locations, monitor food prep areas for quality control, and integrate with POS systems for transaction verification.
Our solution
We replaced all legacy systems with a standardized 8-camera setup per location, all feeding into a single cloud management platform. The owner can switch between any location from their phone or computer. POS integration overlays transaction data on camera footage, making it easy to verify discrepancies. Drive-through cameras include queue analytics.
