The challenge
The client operated a large distribution warehouse with frequent shipments and high-value inventory. They were experiencing significant inventory shrinkage and had no way to verify delivery claims or monitor after-hours activity. Their existing analog system was outdated and provided poor image quality.
Our solution
We designed a comprehensive IP camera system with 32 strategically placed cameras covering every loading dock, aisle, and entry point. The system includes 4K cameras at critical zones, motion-triggered recording to optimize storage, and a centralized NVR with 90-day retention. Remote access was configured for the management team to monitor from their head office.
